A role ends. You update your CV. You start applying again. But it's never just that.

There's the shock at the beginning. The strange in-between where everything feels slightly off. The quiet panic when reality starts to land. And then all the thoughts that come with it, about your work, your confidence, your place in it all.

What I struggled with most wasn't just what to do next. It was how to sit with everything I was feeling while I figured it out.

Why I made this

I made this because I needed it.

I wanted something that helped me understand what I was going through, without having to download multiple apps or follow complicated systems. Just one place I could come back to.

Something simple. Where I could add one or two small things into my day, just enough to help me slowly find my way out of the valley I was in.

It's not a checklist, and it's not linear. It's just there to help you make sense of it.

If you're in it right now

This helped me, and I hope it helps you get through what you're experiencing right now.

Remember, you're not alone in this.
